I finished reading Watchmen last week, and I LOVED it!  It's definitely one I will have to read a few more times through to get all of the meanings behind it, but it was nice to read a complicated novel that made you think.  I was piqued in it by the press on the upcoming movie, and when I saw it for sale at a stall at DragonCon, I couldn't resist.  Now I am even more excited for the movie - I haven't seen the newest trailer yet (stupid dial-up) but I heard it is awesome.  I did see some new stills in a recent Movie Magic magazine, and it looks like they have really nailed the feel of the novel.  It's hard to pick a favorite character, since they are all so human and flawed, but I do like Nite Owl a lot.  He just seems like a nice guy overall.  Rorshach is also a very interesting character.

Now I am interested in buying a few more graphic novels.  I think I will pick up League of Extraordinary Gentlemen next.  Any other suggestions?
